How quickly will I feel a difference?

Is it safe to use a Rovela massager every day?
Follow the product instructions and use the lowest comfortable setting. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have recently had surgery or are unsure whether the product is suitable, ask a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Can I use it around my neck, shoulders and back?

What is it designed for?
Rovela massagers are designed to provide warmth, vibration and supportive positioning as part of an everyday comfort and relaxation routine. They are not medical treatments.
What power supply does the massager use?
The massager is powered by USB and can be connected to a compatible USB power adapter or power bank.

What is the peanut-shaped massage ball for?

How firm is it?
The EPP construction provides moderate-to-firm pressure. Start gently, use it on a stable surface and stop if it causes pain, numbness or irritation.
About the Yoga Mat
Will the mat have an odour when first opened?
A new foam mat can have a mild odour. Unroll it in a well-ventilated room before use and contact us if you have any concerns.
How do I clean it?
