Q: Will the mat smell when I receive it?
A: EVA foam can have a mild odour when first unboxed — this is completely normal and harmless. Simply leave the mat unrolled in a well-ventilated room for 24 hours and the odour will disappear.
Q: Which thickness do you recommend?
A: We recommend the 4mm for most people — it offers the best balance of cushioning and stability. If you have joint sensitivity, choose the 6mm.
Q: How do I clean it?
A: Wipe down with a damp cloth after use. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution and wipe dry. Do not machine wash.
